Energy savings at Boots library

Improvements at Boots library reduce the library’s energy consumption:-

•  new revolving doors being installed near Boots main entrance (on Shakespeare/Goldsmith Street juncture) means electric heaters can be removed, saving £20,000 per year in utility costs.
• 270 new energy efficient light fittings  will give a 41% saving in power consumption.
